1. Exhibitors shall fill in the “Participation Application Form” in detail and mail or fax the form with their official seals to the organizing committee.
2. Booth arrangement principle: “exhibitors applying first, ordering first, and paying first will be served first”. The co-organizers shall be given priority.
3. Exhibitors shall ensure that exhibits, product packaging and promotional materials are not involved in infringement.
4. Details of specific matters such as exhibits transportation, hotel reception, and booth set-up can be found in the Exhibitor Manual that is to be sent 30 days prior to the expo.
